Pras Sarkar is a web developer, software engineer and self-professed social network fiend. After leading the engineering team at a wine-related startup, Pras joined Yahoo! Research where he currently works on various projects related to large scale community and social systems. His interests vary from defining and adopting open formats (openID, microformats) to social information aggregation and analysis.
